We want every family and neighbor to have the help they need to thrive, no matter the challenge.
Every gift ensures people can connect to essential resources—food, housing, healthcare, and more—so they can overcome obstacles and build stability.
With your support, we achieved the following this past year:
211 Lake County made 98,033 connections to housing, food, mental health services, and other vital resources.
Through Stuff the Bus, more than 3,388 children received school supplies they otherwise might have gone without.
1,481 volunteers gave 2,829 hours to strengthen our community.
Youth Opportunity
We want all kids to start school ready to learn and go on to thrive. Every gift provides more children with the confidence, skills, and support they need to reach their full potential.
With your support, we achieved the following this past year:
More than 2,900 children participated in Early Learning Clubs to build foundational skills.
Kindergarten Countdown Camp helped local students improve readiness from 39% to 74%.
Parent mentors supported more than 1,100 students in classrooms across six schools.
